Ingredients:
- Angel food cake
- Fresh strawberries
- Sugar

Instructions:
- We used store bought angel food cake, for a simple and quick dessert
- Slice the angel food cake in miniature pieces
- Lay your angel food cake slices on their separate plates
- Slice your fresh strawberries and dice to a reasonable size (don't forget to wash them first!)
- Place your fresh strawberries in a small pan and top with granulated sugar (we used about 5-6 tablespoons)
- Turn the heat to medium to get the strawberries and sugar mixed
- Once heated, turn the heat down to low and let the pan do the magic
- Cook the strawberry mixture for about 20 minutes until thickened to a jam consistency
- Transfer to a bowl and place in the fridge until cooled
- Once cooled, place your strawberry jam onto the angel food cake, and then top it off with a dash of whipped cream
- Enjoy!
