- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Butter
Instructions:
- Start off by making your Spanish rice
- In a large pot, boil cold water
- Follow the instructions on the package, but be sure to include a knob of butter into the boiling water and rice
- While your rice is cooking, cook up your ground beef
- In a large hot pan, drop your ground beef with some olive oil, salt and pepper
- When the ground beef is almost done, mix in your other seasoning (paprika, cumin, and chili powder)
- Two tablespoons of each seasoning is perfect, but feel free to add more or less
- Mix your ground beef well and taste to see if your seasoning is good to go
- Once your Spanish rice is done, place into the ground beef pan and mix well
- Drop in a knob of butter and mix
- Enjoy!
This is a really great way of mixing both ground beef and rice in a flavourful way. You can always add some cheese or extra spice, if you like it spicy.
