Hearty Italian Antipasto with Meats, Cheeses & Spreads

The Italian antipasto is a great starter for any meal, but can also be your main dish. Antipasto can include a variety of cold cut meats, breads, crackers, and spreads. But, the best part, is that you can mix and match and create a whole new spread every time. This recipe is a sample antipasto that you can try at home.

Ingredients:
  • Genoa salami
  • Calabrese salami
  • Cacciatore
  • Mortadella
  • Asiago cheese
  • Provolone cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic bread (ACE Bakery)
  • Olive pesto (Sardo Foods)
  • Olive bruschetta (Sardo Foods)

Instructions:
  1. Firstly, grab a board that can accommodate your spread
  2. Lay out your meats and cheeses on the board. We tried to make a cool salami rose to enhance the look.
  3. In two separate bowls, spoon in your olive pesto and olive bruschetta
  4. For your garlic bread, feel free to make your own, or buy from the grocery store
  5. We purchased from the grocery store, but also places fresh mozzarella on top and let it melt in the oven
  6. Enjoy!
Creating an antipasto spread is great for get togethers and a night in with family and friends. Try new foods for your antipasto and get creative.
