Grilled Steak with Chimichurri and Roasted Corn

Ingredients (Chimichurri): 
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
Ingredients (Steak): 
  • Grilling steak (can be strip loin or sirloin)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil
Ingredients (Roasted Corn): 
  • Fresh corn kernels
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:
  1. First off, let's marinate the steaks with a pinch of salt and pepper. Compliment with a dash of olive oil and Italian seasoning
  2. Put the steaks to the side and let marinate for about 20 minutes
  3. In the meantime, start chopping fresh parsley and dicing your garlic for the chimichurri
  4. Use a food processor to blend your chimichurri ingredients together and let sit in the fridge to blend
  5. For the roasted corn, get a small pan hot and drop in your fresh corn kernels. Top with salt and pepper and get some colour on that corn.
  6. Time for steak! In a hot pan, drop your steaks away from you and sear both sides. Cook to your preferred temperature.
  7. To plate, drizzle your fresh chimichurri onto your hot steak and top with your roasted corn
  8. Compliment with your perfect side dish for the ultimate summer steak meal
  9. Enjoy!
