Beef Brisket Hash with Tomatoes

Hash recipes are great for experimenting because they involve mixing ingredients together for a perfect meal. This recipe, we put a spin on a traditional burger and fries, and deconstructed it to form a hash. Beef brisket burger meat, paired with potatoes and tomatoes, how could you go wrong?

Ingredients: 
  • Hash brown potatoes
  • Beef brisket burger meat
  • Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions:
  1. Grab any burger meat, we used beef brisket, and cook to a medium heat in a large pan 
  2. Break up your burger meat to a ground beef consistency
  3. While cooking your burger meat on the stove, have your potatoes baking in the oven at 450 Degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes
  4. Slice fresh tomatoes and place to the side
  5. Season your burger meat with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  6. When your burger meat is almost cooked, toss in your fresh tomatoes
  7. Mix well, and bring together
  8. Take your hash brown potatoes out of the oven and toss into the beef and tomato mixture
  9. Enjoy!
Instead of the plain old burger with a bun, try this recipe out. The mix of the beef and tomatoes is so good! You can even add cheese to this meal, to enhance the flavour.
